HTTP JVM: CLFAD0134E: Exception processing XPage request

On our server we keep getting these "informal" errors.. When I consult the error logs they are equally "informal". Since there is quite a large number of XPages and bases, it is not trivial to start commenting out code etc to know where the error is occurring...
Does anybody know WHY,WHAT and WHERE this error occurs? Getting really frustrated with this now..

  1. It happens here too. The message coresponds to stacktrace (in IBM_TECHNICAL_SUPPORT/xpages_exc_...) of following exception:
    java.lang.ClassCastException: package.Class incompatible with package.Class

I have discussed this error with IBM and sumarized here: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/5352550/meaning-of-java-lang-classcastexception-someclass-incompatible-with-someclass

In short: there are few situations that forces "soft" restart of XSP engine causing this errors - generaly any design change (for example database level properties, icon, launch options and so on...). You can resave faces-config.xml or restart http.
